Diamond Package
The Diamond Package is a 6-night luxury driving tour around Scotland’s North Coast 500, starting and ending in Inverness. The experience combines scenic Highland driving with premium accommodation and curated daily routes.
The itinerary begins with a luxury stay in Inverness, followed by a clockwise journey along the iconic NC500 route, which is a 500-mile scenic loop through the Scottish Highlands featuring dramatic coastal roads, mountain passes and remote landscapes.
Over the next few days, guests drive through some of the most spectacular parts of northern Scotland, with planned stops for viewpoints, photography, and local experiences. Below is your detailed day-by-day itinerary for the driving tour.
NC 500 Driving Diamond Package Details
Sunday:
You will be collected from Inverness Airport, checked in for 5 nights at the 5-star Rocpool Hotel Inverness (various room categories available). Welcome dinner with your other attendees.
Rocpool Hotel:
Located in the heart of Inverness, this award-winning boutique hotel offers a luxurious retreat just a short walk from the High Street and Inverness Castle. Orientation and safety briefing with the cars. You will be allocated an Alpine A110 for the duration of the tour, it will be fully insured for one driver and be full of petrol.
Additional insurance options available on-site. Safety briefing and then the tour leader will take you to Dunrobin Castle. You have one hour to explore this most beautiful castle and grounds.

Back in the car and head to the famous John O’Groats sign which looks towards the Orkney Isles.

After lunch we have the scenic drive back to the hotel, evening free

Tuesday:

Safety briefing followed by the cross-country drive to Kylesku Bridge.

Lunch at Ullapool, then drive back to the hotel via some beautifully scenic roads.

The longest driving day as we leave the mainland and go over the bridge to the Isle of Skye. The most beautiful island, which we will drive as much of as time allows. A visit to Dunvegan Castle is a must, so is a quick coffee stop at the most photographed castle in Scotland, Eilean Donan Castle.

Driving the banks of Loch Ness heading towards The Skyfall location from the James Bond movie at the most scenic hills of Glencoe.

After lunch, we will head back to Inverness, but 1st stopping to take a 1-hour boat ride to see if we can spot the elusive Loch Ness Monster! Our skipper will take us to the spots where Nessie has been spotted before, and bring your binoculars!

Inverness to the Skyfall Location
Friday:
The driving tour is now over, but there will be an executive mini-bus to take you to one of the most beautiful whisky distilleries in Scotland. No need to worry about how much you can drink as you will be staying ON SITE at Glenmorangie House.
A whisky tasting and tour has been booked for you along with one of the beautiful rooms at the distillery within the grounds. After a few drams retire back to your room, then prepare for the most magical dinner at the House.
Saturday:
Collected by mini-bus and taken to Inverlochy Castle. Checked in for 2 nights in this most stunning location near Fort William.
